The date of your discharge and the treatment and/or therapy which you will have to follow subsequently will be defined together with a consultant according to the healing process. The Centre hospitalier du Haut-Valais will send your referring doctor a report about your stay in the hospital for his/her information.
For practical reasons, we would be grateful if you would leave your room between 10:00 and 12:00. If you are only able to return to your home in the afternoon, you may have lunch in the Pometta restaurant.
Please inform the receptionist on the ground floor that you are leaving.
You will be able to settle any bills there for the following supplementary services:
- Telephone
- Television
- Single room supplement
- Meal (day clinic patients)
You will also be given the documents and x-rays which you handed over upon arrival.
